非金屬軟管是工程本領(lǐng)中要害的貫穿構(gòu)件。它是由漣漪柔性管、網(wǎng)套和接洽貫串而成，起到彈道工程體例中積累位移和安置缺點(diǎn)、接收振蕩、貶低噪聲等效率。非金屬軟管運(yùn)用的漣漪管有兩種：一種是電鉆形漣漪管，另一種是環(huán)形漣漪管。軟管接洽有：螺絲母型、管螺絲扣型、法蘭型、焊接型、趕快接洽型、活接型等多種型式。

Metal hose is an important connecting component in engineering technology. It is composed of corrugated flexible pipe, net sleeve and joint. It can compensate displacement and installation deviation, absorb vibration and reduce noise in pipeline engineering system. There are two kinds of bellows used in metal hoses: spiral bellows and annular bellows. Hose joints are nut type, pipe thread type, flange type, welding type, fast joint type, flexible joint type and other types.

處事壓力(Working pressure)：0.6MPa～23.0MPa

處事溫度（working temperature）：-196～+200℃

重要用處（Main uses）：

a：保送具備侵蝕性的化學(xué)工業(yè)介質(zhì)或有機(jī)溶劑。（比方：裝卸氫氧化銨、鹽酸安非拉酮等）

Transport corrosive chemical media or organic solvents. (e.g. loading and unloading ammonia, acetone, etc.)

b：保送高溫氣體、熱油等高溫介質(zhì)。（比方：蒸汽、導(dǎo)熱油）

Transport high temperature gas, hot oil and other high temperature media. (e.g. steam, heat conducting oil)

c：保送低溫或超低溫介質(zhì)。（比方：液氮、液氧、液氫）

Transport of cryogenic or ultra-cryogenic media. (e.g. liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen)

d：高溫情況下保送水、氣、油等介質(zhì)。（比方：煉焦、煉鐵連鑄、煉鐵轉(zhuǎn)爐、煉鐵VOD電爐、軋鋼加熱爐、軋機(jī)械油膜軸承光滑等擺設(shè)中的冷卻體例和液壓體例）

Water, gas, oil and other media are transported under high temperature environment. (e.g. cooling system and hydraulic system in coking, steelmaking and continuous casting, steelmaking converter, steelmaking VOD electric furnace, rolling reheating furnace, lubricating oil film bearing of rolling mill, etc.)

e：須要減震或取消樂音的管路。（比方：泵的出入口）

Pipelines requiring shock absorption or noise elimination. (e.g. import and export of pumps)
